Cedar Breaks is a townhome community on the west side of Cedar City which is located in a very scenic area of Southern Utah next to I-15 and close to many national parks. This offers many outdoor activities. It is within 250 miles south of Salt Lake City, and 170 miles north of Las Vegas and the home of Southern Utah University, the Utah Shakespeare Festival, the Utah Summer Games, the Simon Fest Theatre Co.
