Cottonwood Landing in Elwood City is in Box Elder County, it is a beautiful setting in which to live, with a population of about 1000 residents. This is a rural community with beautiful views of the mountains and is located between the Malad River and the Bear River. Five minutes south of Tremonton or 15 minutes north of Brigham City. A great place to raise your family with lots of places close by, to go hiking or fishing.
